By accessing, registering on, or using the 92pk platform (the "Platform"), you (the "User" or "Player") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the 92pk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 92pk (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed by any of the following actions: completing the account registration process on 92pk.bio; depositing funds into a 92pk account; placing a bet or wager on any game or sporting event offered through the Platform; or simply browsing or accessing any part of the Platform. To register and maintain an account on 92pk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

92pk reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and source of funds at any point during the registration process or the lifetime of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and that you satisfy every eligibility criterion listed above. Misrepresentation of any eligibility factor, including age, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

Once your 92pk account is registered and verified, you assume full and sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. Your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. 92pk strongly recommends that you use a unique, complex password for your account and that you never access your account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 92pk support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

92pk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. 92pk may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend an account where unusual activity is detected, pending identity verification.

All financial transactions on 92pk — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and wagering activity — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92pk supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and select cryptocurrency networks.

Deposits are generally processed instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the payment method used and any applicable verification requirements. • Operating more than one 92pk account, or registering a new account following a self-exclusion or forced account closure.

All content on the 92pk Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, brand identifiers, page layouts, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 92pk or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 92pk.

92pk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 92pk makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available thereon.

92pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly maintenance fee as specified in the fee schedule published on the Platform.
• At the request of the account holder, subject to the account holder having no outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions.

Upon termination of an account for cause, 92pk reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings held within the account. Real-money balances remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, net of any applicable fees or offsets, subject to full identity verification and satisfaction of any outstanding obligations owed to 92pk.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral authority in the licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to preserve rights pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings. By accepting these Terms, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 92pk.

92pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to the Terms, 92pk will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued access to or use of the 92pk Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revised Terms.
